After discussion with the Ross County Board of Health, our school nurse, and the updated quarantine guidelines, we will require masks for all staff, visitors, and students capable of wearing one on Pioneer School premises until further notice. We will assess this decision weekly and keep everyone posted if things should change. I understand this isn’t the direction we were hoping for, but with the increased transmission rate in our county and educating high-risk students, this is the best way to keep staff and students safe.
A note on our Administration Building: masks are recommended but not required; however, that could change depending on the increased cases. We will make sure to give an update.
