The Board of Directors for the Ross County Board of Developmental Disabilities (RCBDD) will be hosting a special board meeting on November 4, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the RCBDD building located at 167 W. Main St., Chillicothe, OH 45601.
The purpose of this meeting is to adopt a resolution of intent to award a contract to the low acceptable bidder for the Landrum Youth Empowerment Center renovation project.
