Team Pioneer is getting back on the dance floor!
Ross County Board of Developmental Disabilities’s Superintendent Amy Beeler and Special Olympics Silver Medalist Kaitlyn Brown are reuniting for the 2026 Dance for Kids’ Sake: All-Star Reunion, benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of South-Central Ohio. The event will take place October 10, 2026 at the Shoemaker Center in Chillicothe.
For Amy and Kaitlyn, returning to Dance for Kids’ Sake is about much more than showing off their moves. It is an opportunity to support another organization working to help people throughout our community thrive.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of South-Central Ohio connects local children with caring mentors and positive role models. Funds raised through Dance for Kids’ Sake help make those relationships possible, giving young people additional support, encouragement and opportunities to reach their potential.
The All-Star Reunion brings back past Dance for Kids’ Sake participants for an evening of entertainment and community support- and Amy and Kaitlyn are excited to represent Team Pioneer together once again.
Their partnership also reflects something important to us at the Pioneer Center: inclusion means being an active part of the community. Whether we are advocating for people with developmental disabilities, cheering on our Special Olympics athletes or supporting organizations whose work strengthens Ross County, we believe our community is better when we show up for one another.
Help Team Pioneer Support Local Kids
Community members and businesses can support Amy and Kaitlyn through sponsorships, table purchases, program advertisements or general donations. Sponsorship commitments are due September 4, while tables and general donations are available through the October 10 event. Tables have sold out in previous years, so early reservations are encouraged.
For sponsorship information or payment details, contact Big Brothers Big Sisters of South-Central Ohio at 740-773-2447 or visit Kaitlyn and Amy’s campaign website.
We’re proud to see Amy and Kaitlyn lace up their dancing shoes again, and even prouder that Team Pioneer has another opportunity to support an organization making a meaningful difference for children and families throughout South Central Ohio.
