The Columbus Zoo & Aquarium has released their season of sensory-friendly programs, starting with a sensory-friendly Summer Night on May 26 from 5:30pm-8:00pm. There will be smaller crowds because reservations are required, music throughout the park will be turned off, and sensory kits with noise-canceling headphones, sunglasses, and fidget devices will be available at Guest Relations. Tickets can be purchased online here.
Don’t forget to mark your calendars for more upcoming sensory-friendly events at the Zoo:
- After Hours at Zoombezi Bay, August 19
- Fall Quiet Hours, October 9
- Halloween Character Meet & Greet, October 9
- Light Stroll, November 15
