2025 Craft Bazaar Vendor Registration
Date: Saturday, November 1, Open to Public 9:00am-2:00pm (Free Admission); Set-up Time: Friday, October 31st, 3:30pm-6:30pm (Helpers available); Saturday, November 1 7:30am-9:00am (no helpers available) Clean-up Time: Saturday, November 1, 2:00pm-4:00pm (Helpers available). Fees: $45 for 1 six-foot table & 2 chairs. Sharing of space is not permitted. There are no refunds on table/space fees for cancellations initiated by an accepted vendor. All profits from your booth are yours. Vendors must donate an item you sell valued at $15 (minimum) that will be raffled off as part of the Pioneer Boosters Club fundraiser. All items that are handmade or designed by an artist will have first choice. Only one vendor of commercial products (Scentsy, Pampered Chef, etc.) will be permitted on a first come first serve basis. Pioneer School Wi-Fi access will be available to vendors. However, we cannot guarantee how your device will work within our building, nor do we guarantee the security of credit card transactions processed over our network. Access to electricity is available. Needs for electricity must be requested at time of application. Please bring your own power strip and extension cord. We are accepting checks payable to “PIONEER SCHOOL BOOSTERS CLUB”. We cannot accept digital payments for vendor spaces without an added fee. Vendor spaces are 6 ft x 8 ft. We cannot guarantee that you will have space for additional racks or tables. If you will need additional space, please plan to purchase additional spaces. Space restrictions will be enforced this year so please purchase the number of spaces you will need. We will be accepting applications through October 17th or until all spaces are filled. A limited number of spaces are available. Please complete the form below. Registration is not complete until payment is received.
