The Bazaar Is Back!

2024 Craft Bazaar Vendor Registration

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE APPLYING: Date: Saturday, November 2, Open to Public 9:00am-2:00pm (Free Admission); Set-up Time: Friday, November 1, 4:00pm-7:00pm (Helpers available); Clean-up Time: Saturday, November 2, 2:00pm-4:00pm (Helpers available). Fees: $45 for 1 six-foot table & 2 chairs. Sharing of space is not permitted. There are no refunds on table/space fees for cancellations initiated by an accepted vendor. All profits from your booth are yours. All items that are handmade or designed by an artist will have first choice. Pioneer School Wi-Fi access will be available to vendors. However, we cannot guarantee how your device will work within our building, nor do we guarantee the security of credit card transactions processed over our network. Access to electricity is available. Needs for electricity must be requested at time of application. Please bring your own power strip and extension cord. Vendors must donate an item you sell valued at $15 (minimum) that will be raffled off as part of the Pioneer Boosters Club fundraiser. We are accepting checks payable to “PIONEER SCHOOL BOOSTERS CLUB”. Vendor spaces are 6 ft x 8 ft. We cannot guarantee that you will have space for additional racks or tables. If you will need additional space, please plan to purchase additional spaces. We will be accepting applications through October 11th or until all spaces are filled. A limited number of spaces are available. Please complete the form below. Registration is not complete until payment is received.
